No Diablo didnt lose his arm to Shizu-san. It was the real hero's mask( real hero is much stronger) which made him lose his arm. Diablo is way stronger than Shizu. And Diablo didnt become Rimuru's subordinate because Rimuru's strong but because he believes Rimuru will lead him to the truth of the world.
